PHOS products are characterised by their high quality and manual processing. They also have a matt finish so that all surfaces create a uniform appearance and can be easily combined with each other. A particular advantage of PHOS is the personalised advice and made-to-measure production. In addition, some of our products have already been honoured with design awards.
Yes, the mounting material incl. replacement is included in the scope of delivery with detailed mounting instructions.
Material
When cleaning our stainless steel products, our stainless steel cleaner V2AR tried and tested. Further information on cleaning and caring for our stainless steel and wooden products can be found in our separate Cleaning instructions (PDF)
We use V2A stainless steel (test melt 2 austenite), also known as chromium-nickel steel (CNS), Nirosta or INOX, for our products. We grind this by hand.
Our stainless steel is dirt-resistant, but not completely rustproof. When cleaning, care should be taken to use chlorine and acid-free cleaning agents. To avoid corrosion or flash rust, stainless steel should be treated with a little oil from time to time.
Services
We offer a lifetime repair service on all our PHOS products. This applies to both standard and customised products. We can refurbish the stainless steel elements or install replacement parts.
Yes, PHOS products fulfil the highest quality standards. When you purchase a PHOS product, you acquire a 10-year guarantee on the stainless steel elements.
You can obtain spare parts for your PHOS products directly from us. Simply contact us by e-mail or telephone. Many of our products can still be reproduced, even if they are no longer listed in the current catalogue.
You can order customised products from us using the contact form, by e-mail or by telephone. For this, it is advantageous if you have already taken exact measurements of the room situation.
