Training to become an e-commerce clerk is a modern and future-orientated choice. This generalist training programme focuses on the dynamics of digital sales channels and market developments.
During your apprenticeship at PHOS, you will gain an insight into the production and distribution of our premium products. Our aim is to gradually integrate you into our varied day-to-day work. During machining, workpieces are brought into a predetermined shape. This is done by mechanically removing excess metal from the raw material. The most important machining processes include Turning, drilling, milling and grinding. This is what a metal technology specialist specialising in machining technology specialises in.

The apprenticeship lasts two years. Depending on the customer order, we at PHOS Design produce workpieces in series or one-off production. We work with analogue and computer-aided CNC machines. The aim is to fulfil the requirements to become a real metalworker. The school requirements are in the field of natural sciences.

We are recognised by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) as a training company to train apprentices as part of the dual training system. The IHK is responsible in Germany for the organisation and supervision of in-company training in commercial, technical and industrial professions.

For a company to be recognised as IHK training company is recognised, it must meet certain requirements. These include suitable specialists as trainers (with a trainer aptitude test in accordance with the AEVO), an appropriate Technical and organisational equipment and the Compliance with the training regulations of the respective profession.

During the dual training programme, the trainees spend time both in the Operation as well as in the Vocational school. The company teaches the practical skills, while the school provides the theoretical knowledge. The IHK supports the training company by Counsellingconducts regular Controls and organises the intermediate and Final examinations.
