In the Handelsblatt ranking "Best Training Companies 2026", PHOS Design scored 94.4 out of 100 points, placing 2nd in the category of companies with fewer than 100 employees. More than 1,500 training companies took part in the study conducted by the analysis institute SWI HR. Particular recognition went to personal mentoring, early responsibility, and the broad insights into the company as a whole. Many of today’s specialists and managers began their careers at PHOS with an apprenticeship.
