Origin + processing
Produced with green electricity in our factory in Karlsruhe, made from solid V2A stainless steel (1.4301, DIN EN 10088). Each component is brushed and polished by hand - with the same satin finish as all PHOS products. The stainless steel is permanently corrosion-resistant and suitable for use in wet areas. Design principle + system logic
The shower curtain rail follows the PHOS principle: form + function in architectural clarity. The free-hanging version is supported exclusively by screwed ceiling suspensions: they form a structural unit: tension-free, stable and visually reduced. The system has a modular design and is particularly suitable for bathtubs that are retrofitted with a shower function - as a combination of shower and bathtub in a well thought-out overall concept.

Installation + delivery
The scope of delivery includes the curtain rail with corner, ceiling suspensions, mounting sleeve and high-quality installation material including Fischer plugs and stainless steel screws - ready for installation with matching Allen keys. One drill hole is sufficient for each ceiling suspension. Further details are included in the clearly understandable installation instructions. The packaging is done by hand: compact and reliably protected.

It is possible to install a free-hanging L-shaped shower curtain rail on both concrete ceilings and suitable plasterboard ceilings. In the case of concrete ceilings, fastening is carried out using high-quality dowels and screws, which ensure permanently stable anchoring. For plasterboard ceilings, professional installation is only possible if a sufficient substructure or reinforcement (e.g. wooden or metal profile) is available. In such cases, we recommend consulting with a specialist tradesman or drywall installer. It is important that the ceiling can safely support the weight of the stainless steel shower rail and shower curtain.
Avoid cleaning with chlorinated agents.
