Stainless steel shower curtain rods for shower curtains – no drilling required
Direct from the manufacturer: Stainless steel clamp rods for shower curtains without drilling, designed for alcoves, reveals and passageways with two opposing, load-bearing wall surfaces. PHOS manufactures the rods from solid V2A stainless steel in its own workshop in Karlsruhe; they are hand-brushed and finished to a satin-matt finish. Each clamping rod is made to fit the exact dimensions of the recess and is fine-tuned on site. The internal rotating mechanism securely clamps the rod between the walls. The adjustment range is ±2 cm on each side. The Ø12 mm version is suitable for lightweight shower curtains in niches measuring 50 to 100 cm. The Ø20 mm version is designed for heavier loads and larger niches measuring 50 to 160 cm. This requires solid, sturdy surfaces. This fixing method is not suitable for glass, lightweight construction or delicate surfaces without sufficient load-bearing capacity. Matching shower curtains and hooks complete the system.

Clamp-on rail as a shower curtain rail
With the PHOS stainless steel clamp-on rail,shower curtains up to 160 cm in length can be clamped between two opposite walls without drilling. Its material and construction ensure exceptional strength. You will need the niche dimensions to place your order. The rod is custom-made to these exact measurements. The rod can then be securely fitted on site during installation within an adjustment range of /- 2 cm on each side without drilling into the wall. End caps are provided at each end to suit all relevant substrates.
Fitting the clamping bar
The clamping bar is adjusted to the width of your specific recess. The bar is secured and clamped in place using threads that turn in opposite directions. It can be securely clamped in place by rotating it forwards and backwards on both sides.

Our clamping rails are particularly handy for alcoves where you don’t want to drill holes. The clamp-on alternative is easy to fit and, thanks to its materials and design, offers exceptional strength.
