Material & workmanship
Made in our factory in Karlsruhe - individually or in small series. The frame is made of solid V2A stainless steel (1.4301 to DIN EN 10088) with a round profile, brushed by hand to a satin finish and finely polished. The round shape allows moisture to run off easily - this supports the weather resistance and ensures a permanently smooth surface with an even finish.
The teak wood comes from natural growth, has been air-dried for years and processed by a regional carpenter. It has low shrinkage and swelling values and is ideal for long-term outdoor use. The double oil treatment at the factory gives the wood a warm, silky matt appearance. Over time, a silver-grey patina develops - a sign of natural maturity and quality.
